- A.I.R3.®stands for: Agility, Innovation, Reflection

Recovery and

Resilience

- a Registered Trademark Enrichment Programme designed by SGReflect

- aims to prepare young learners to be ready for the Future-of-Work through engaging School Science and STEM Learning activities

- introduces participants to learning-thinking habits that support the highly employable skills as described in various Future-of-Work reports (e.g. OECD, 2019; SkillsFutureSG, 2021) through learning school science.

The A.I.R3.® Science and STEM Learning Programmes

The A.I.R.3 Programme has three components:

Programme 1 (preparing for Assessment). Assessment-related learning activities for students

Programme 2 (using Hands-on Activities). A.I.R3.® Cube Science Enrichment Learning Activities for Parents & Students

Prog #1 Assessment Learning Activities for Students

Guided Divergent–Convergent Engagement with School Science Assessment Items and Tasks

Think Wide, Think Deep. Engage with science exam questions regularly—explore ideas creatively, then sharpen them into clear answers. Build habits that make assessment preparation active, confident, and effective.

Facilitated through research‑informed strategies by Dr Tan KS, an experienced and knowledgeable guide, who is both a qualified school science teacher and a science assessment researcher, these activities help students explore broadly and reason clearly while engaging with authentic school science assessment items and tasks.

Prog #2 A.I.R3.® Science Enrichment for Parents & Students

Science Enrichment Learning Activities to Develop Future‑Ready Thinking and Learning Skills through Hands‑On Experimental Activities

Guided Divergent–Convergent Engagement is facilitated by Dr Tan KS, drawing on over three decades of experience as a school science teacher and science assessment researcher. Through engaging, hands-on enrichment tasks, learners are guided to explore possibilities, solve authentic problems, and develop the agility, innovative thinking, and resilience needed for tomorrow’s world.

Develop agility, innovative thinking, and resilience to navigate the challenges of tomorrow in today’s design-based, AI-driven world. Through four engaging, hands-on workshops, learners will explore real-world challenges, sharpen their situational awareness, spark their inventive thinking, and develop empathy for others. They will learn to think creatively, adapt to change, and design meaningful solutions to authentic problems—building the confidence and skills they need to thrive in the future of work.

Prog #3 Student Research-Development-Innovation Workshops

Science Enrichment Activities to Acquire Skills and Knowledge in Research, Development, and Innovation through Curricular Concepts and Practices

Learn. Explore. Create. Innovate. Through hands-on Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) activities, students apply curricular concepts and skills to real-world challenges while developing inquiry, experimentation, problem-solving, critical thinking and innovation skills.
